Breathwork Series w/ Dr. Michaela | 6 Classes

Practice breathwork once a week for six weeks, every Wednesday from February 5 to March 12. Each session builds on the last, helping you feel more connected to your breath, body, and mind.

Being part of a group makes it easier to stay consistent, and the shared energy creates a sense of community that can make the practice even more impactful.

When you sign up for this series, you’ll receive six weeks of practice for the price of five.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful, active form of meditation that allows you to intentionally use your breath to calm your mind, regulate your nervous system, and access deep emotional healing. It’s the only system in your body that operates automatically yet can be consciously controlled—unlocking immense potential to shift how you feel in the moment.

Through guided breathwork, you’ll move beyond the chatter of your busy mind and reconnect with your body, where true healing begins.

Meet Dr. Michaela McClure

Dr. Michaela McClure is a chiropractor and breathwork facilitator with over 15 years of experience helping clients reconnect with their bodies and address both physical and emotional pain.

Breathwork is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The first time I was introduced to it was at Dr. Michaela’s Unstoppable You Retreat. I will never forget this experience. Near the end of the session I broke out into uncontrollable laughter. I Simultaneously felt this out of body experience of being surrounded by light and a feeling of pure love. It’s hard to describe, but I experienced this “knowing” that this life is supposed to be fun, full of joy, not to be taken so seriously. Following the laughter was a deep emotional release. I’ve had meditations that had been perspective changing, but nothing on this level.
