Jeff is passionate about movement and believes it is essential to health and well-being. Working with patients as an Osteopathic Manual Therapist, Jeff is in most cases looking to facilitate movement. That movement comes in the form of increasing range of motion, creating balance and symmetry, as well as improving circulation.

Jeff graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. He is also a yoga instructor and taught locally from 2009-2020. He has a dedicated meditation practice and keeps his body moving with Qi gong, Contact Improv; and he loves frisbee.

Jeff is wanting to work “with” his patients and sees them as key players in improving their own health. Working together creates an opportunity to identify habitual pathological movement patterns and explore new movements to facilitate new patterns.
